About Credit/Debit Card

Accepted card networks may include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover when displayed at checkout. Availability can depend on device, location, card issuer, and Shopify checkout configuration.

Secure processing

Payment information is transmitted through Shopify and authorized payment providers using security controls designed for electronic commerce. We do not ask you to send full card details by email.

Authorization and order review

Your issuer may place an authorization hold when an order is submitted. We may perform fraud and address checks before fulfillment. A payment can be declined because of issuer controls, incorrect details, insufficient funds, security review, or an unavailable payment method. Contact the issuer or try another method if checkout is declined.

Taxes and final total

Prices and payment are in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected according to law and shown before order submission.

Refunds and disputes

Approved refunds return to the original payment method and generally require 5–10 business days to appear after processing. Contact nohargeckos@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and try to resolve the issue promptly.
